Welcome, I’m Lucy
I am a practising Psychotherapist and Counsellor, registered with PACFA.
My drive to become a therapist emerged during my career as a publicist in the music and entertainment industry. Whilst managing publicity campaigns for a diverse roster of global artists, I highly prioritised the wellbeing and care of the artists and colleagues I worked with. My innate empathic nature recognised the importance of understanding and responding to the emotional needs of others. This heightened sensitivity enriched my professional experience and working relationships, whilst deeply affirming the profound value of care. It was a true privilege to support artists during their public pressures and private challenges, inspiring me to pursue a master’s degree in psychotherapy and counselling.
It is paramount that each client encounters a felt-sense experience of being heard, valued, and deeply understood in the therapeutic relationship. Thus, safety, warmth, compassion and being an empathic, reliable connection sits at the heart of my work as a psychotherapist and counsellor.
Alongside my individual client work, I serve as a Wellbeing Advisor for businesses in music, entertainment, and talent management. By blending my extensive industry experience and knowledge with my therapeutic output, I am on a mission to drive a culture of care. I work with organisations to develop tailored wellbeing resources and mental health initiatives that better support artists, talent, and creative professionals.

Outside of work, I enjoy cuddling my miniature dachshund Hodges, spending time with family and friends, visiting the beach, discovering new restaurants, reading books on my kindle, keeping up to date with world news and pop culture, practising mat pilates and attending live music.
